Springdale Collection only accepts a limited number of resellers into

each program at any given time.  Currently we are accepting resellers

into our Select program.    Once accepted, into the Select Program

you will become a member of a select group of resellers.  It is not our intention

to saturate the market with our line of gifts, but instead to offer a high standard

of individual customer service, high quality gifts and to help you increase

your business and profits. Resellers will receive a 25% discount on the

suggested retail price.

You must complete an application and a resellers certificate to be accepted

into our dropshipping Select program.  Both forms must be signed and Faxed

to Springdale before a new account is approved/and or activated.

There is a membership fee of $99 per year for this new drop ship Select program.

All gifts available for drop shipping will be either gift baskets, gift sets, or

gift boxes.  We do not offer single, individual products, such as body lotions,

in this Select Program, and there are no opening in our Orginal Program

at this time.  There are no monthly fees in the Select Program.

If you are interested in having the gifts private labeled with your logo

we do offer an Elite program.  The Elite program has a membership fee,

as well as a six month commitment, and a quarterly minimum of $1500 of

products at the suggested retail price.

We provide a large selection of high-quality, hand crafted gifts for the Select Program

from our various labeled collections such as The Chocolate Republic, Natural Elements,

essence of the vine, Java Spa , etc. for you to sell on your webiste or in

your store.  Resellers may determine their own selling price on all gifts as long

as it is at or above the listed retail price.  We will ship direct to your customer

anywhere in the continental USA.  Unlike some drop ship suppliers, we will never

email, send postcards, catalogs, or contact your customers to market to them

in any manner, or attempt to steal your customers or your business.

We know how important repeat customers are...to you and ourselves.  We want

to help you keep your customers and we want to keep you as our customer.

Your customers will always receive a packing slip with your contact information,

not ours.  Your customers will always remember your company and contact

you directly.

Membership Approval:

To become a reseller you must complete an application and a resellers certificate

and both forms must be signed and faxed to Springdale before a new account is

approved or activated.  Springdale will notify applicant of either acceptance or

or denial into our Select Program within five business days of submitting the

forms.  If accepted into the program your credit card will be charged the $99.00

yearly fee and you will receive your Reseller code which is used for all orders. 

At that time the Reseller may begin uploading our images to your

website.  If you are denied membership for any reason, you will not incur the

$99.00 yearly fee.  Reseller memberships cannot be sold or transferred to another

individual and/or company.  If you have placed our images on your website, and

sell your website, then the new owner must apply for membership.

Product Images and Descriptions:

Upon acceptance into the Select Program the Reseller will be granted permission

to copy our images and gift descriptions on to their website, marketing materials

etc.  In the near future we will be offering a CD for purchase with all product

images.  Springdale provides and recommends using provided product

descriptions, although Resellers may choose to write their own unique

descriptions. All unique descriptions must be accurate.  If Reseller's unique

descriptions falsely advertise Springdale products, then their membership

will be terminated immediately.  Springdale product images and descriptions

are available to the Reseller only while participating in the Select Program

as they are copyright protected and remain the property of Springdale.

In the even of the termination of the membership of the Reseller, the

Reseller will cease displaying Springdale images and descriptions in

any manner within 7 business days.

Product Updates:

Resellers will receive product updates, new products, product changes,

special buys etc. by email on a regular basis.  It is the responsibilty of

the Reseller to update their own website, marketing materials, etc. after

receiving this information.  From time to time special buys will be offered

in limited quantity which will be indicated at the time of release. Reseller

agrees that the special is limited to Springdale's stock on hand.  The

product update information can also be found on our website for the

Reseller's convenience.

Packaging and Shipping:

Springdale normally ships out individual orders within 2 business days,

Monday thru Friday.  Your Reseller orders are a high priority with company,

but we cannot control circumstances such as severe weather conditions, etc.

 after packages have left our facility.  Resellers will receive a tracking

number as soon as the package has left our facility so they may monitor

the package until it reaches it's final destination.  Large corporate orders

will be handled on an order by order basis, and usually ship within 7 to 14

business days.

All orders are shipped via  USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping charges appear

with each gift in the drop ship directory.  Shipping charges include

insurance and handling.

All shipping charges are non refundable.

If you supplied an incorrect address with the order, and a package is redirected

because of this reason your credit card for this account will be charged a redirect fee. 

An incorrect address may include any or all of the following items: incorrect

recipient's name,wrong/missing/incomplete postal code, incorrect street name,

incorrect or missing house/apartment/suite/condo/floor number.

If our staff should catch this error prior to shipping, one phone call will be made

to the Reseller in an effort to correct the error.  Should the Reseller not return

the phone, the package will be returned to our stock after three days, and the

Reseller will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Payments:

Reseller application requires a credit card number to be kept on file for

all Reseller charges.  Your card will be charged prior to shipping an order

for you. It is the responsiblity of the Reseller to keep a current credit

card on file with Springdale.
